My AC system had been out of gas for about 3 weeks in this New Orleans heat, and a local mechanic didn't have the compatible gauge and refrigerant for my car. I called here and Sean told me to come in and get a free AC system inspection done as part of a promotion they were doing. The service was top notch from top to bottom and my AC is finally working now after 3 weeks! Can't appreciate Sean and the rest of the staff enough!

Been coming here since 2016. Kevin has always been phenomenal and the only reason I ONLY go to this location. Not even Goodyear in general. But after this past Thursday, C is my other reason.C you are a great example to follow and amazing to work with. You made me feel comfortable and confident and, above all, satisfied with putting my trust and money into your work and recommendations. Thank you for the service you provided and the work you do

I recently had an excellent experience at this Goodyear, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Sean Smith for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. From the moment I arrived, the manager was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my vehicle rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all of my questions patiently, and ensured the work was completed quickly and correctly. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, and efficiency the way this manager does. The entire staff reflected the same positive attitude, which speaks highly of the leadership in place. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and attention to detail. Because of this experience, I will absolutely return for future tire and vehicle service needs and will gladly recommend this shop to others.

They routinely call with a list of very expensive repairs to do to your vehicle. These are usually not things you asked for. In my most recent visit they called to offer $900 + of extra services, one of which was the air filter replacement. After checking the filter, they did not replace any of the retaining screws for the cover, the bushings for the radiator cowl or the mounting screw for the bracket bracing the fender. If I hadn’t checked it when I got home I would never have noticed and it would have caused damage to my vehicle. After calling them the technician did come to my house with the screws for the filter cover but did not bring all of the parts. I had to drive there the following day and had to wait while they made time to fix it. They were not apologetic or concerned with my satisfaction. I won’t be going back. I would suggest you don’t either.

I had a great experience at the Goodyear Service Center on Division Street in Metairie, Louisiana on April 2. I came in for a second opinion about balancing and rotating the tires on my Jeep Wrangler with aftermarket rims and all-terrain tires. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. They even helped locate the tire warranty I purchased two years ago at another Goodyear location in New Orleans East. A few days earlier I had been told at Location in NOLA East that they could not help me, but the team in Metairie took the time to review everything and assist me. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the Division Street team and wanted to recognize them for doing such a great job.
